Your Role: - Ensure control and compliance with financial books, standard costs, inventory, and payroll. - Analyze and understand manufacturing costs within the plant. - Support the Plant Manager with analysis of manufacturing production plans and forecast accuracy. - Lead operational teams by providing cost analysis and developing and implementing cost reduction and corrective action plans. - Maintain cost control from standards to actuals, with the ability to understand and explain key variance drivers. - Collaborate with SCM and Engineering as a partner on material cost usage and variance understanding/explanation. - Collaborate with PC&L; on receiving/shipping controls. - Support plants with daily/weekly control, actively engaging in activities, and providing financial data and analysis for short-term and strategic decisions. - Support Program Management and Commercial Teams with business cases. - Collaborate with and support Finance Corporate Shared Services (Accounting, Tax, Customs, Treasury, Audit). - Foster innovation while focusing on data-driven decision-making. Your Background: - Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting. - 3+ years of experience as a plant controller. - 3+ years of experience with SAP modules or ERP Modules. - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes. - Change process initiative: innovative/continuous improvement. - Proficiency in English. - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in the manufacturing/automotive sector. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication skills: written and verbal, in individual, team, and group environments. - Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certified. - Cost accounting experience.
