Call Support Analyst

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro's office. ***Shift availability: 12:00pm to 9:00pm Monday to Friday ( Weekends Alternate) Requirements • Receive reports from Drivers (USA, CAD and MX) Approximately receive 30 – 40 reports per day by messages, email or calls. • Main reports received for calls (Approx. 30 calls per day). • Driver app support, due to difficulties logging in, difficulty reviewing travel information, routes, stops, fuel stations, messages, difficulties uploading shipping documents. • Provide training for MX and Canadian operators (Between 2-3 per week) (Explains all the functions, such as sending messages before leaving on a trip). • Create credentials to access applications such as Charger fleet, Netradyn, platform science, thermoking. • Test the application when a new version is released (changes are generated in the app every 15 days). • CTPAT Certification (The operator must upload a manifest to cross the border, the operator uploads it to the application. It is monitored to ensure that it is done correctly. Only drivers from Canada).
