Works to build consensus within a team. Responsibility Statements Responsible for WFM delivery and account level quality of one medium-sized program or a few small programs. Ensures functional support given meets the operational needs of the assigned WFM employees. Manages the relationship between WFM and operations. Acts as the primary point of contact for any operational concerns. Ensures that WFM resources and processes have the correct number of operational resources. Mentors WFM employees in technical skills and program-specific processes. Optimizes WFM performance by exposing and addressing improvement opportunities. Integrates additional operational WFM resources to resolve process challenges. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
