Job Title SPEI Operations Director Overview Lead SPEI Operators Supervise compliance with operational controls. Authorize operations and settlements in the SPEI system Ensure the quality, time and form of the information sent to the different regulators through the regulatory reports related to the Operations area Report to the Internal Controller the operational risks detected in the processes within its scope of action, related to SPEI's services; as well as implement the controls needed to mitigate risks Rol Oversee daily operations Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision Design, plan and implement operational strategies, plans and procedures Manage internal SPEI audits Analyze and interpret data and metrics Create reports for the senior management Take the lead in expansion activities Maintain relationships with regulators (CNBV and Banxico) Maintain relationships with partners and vendors All about you Highly analytical and detail oriented Excellent financial/administrative and people manager skills Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries, moderate meetings, and provide stewardship on different projects Ability to lead complex projects from start to finish Executive level interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of financial services and/or payment industry preferred Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
