Will work directly with the Regulatory Specialists based in Mexico.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities Support for registrations - Weighing, sending and tracking of samples; - Search and download documents for dossiers’ preparation; - Proofreading / documentation detailed check; - Printing, stamping and sending of dossiers; - Collect and submit documents to authorities (in person and virtually); - Support with stickers’ control; - Assistance in preparing letters and other specific documents; - Request & track US basic documents; - Prepare and update documentation, databases, folders, spreadsheets, etc. to support regulatory staff.   General support to Regulatory staff - Nutritional Key review, update and approval; - Support with Purchase Orders; - Coordinate SOPs annual update; - Respond to regulatory staff requests for administrative support as needed.   What do you need for the position? High school diploma  Bachelor´s Degree (desirable) At least 1 year of experience in assistant positions.  Pre Intermediate English, Knowledge of Google tools (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs).
