Head of Customer Solutions

We are now looking for a Head of Customer Solutions based in Mexico, to ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery for our complete portfolio of Digital Services products and solutions. In this role you will support our Digital Services sales and delivery teams and the overall Customer Unit organization with pre-sales activities ensuring Ericsson's solutions provide added customer value compared to the competition by being a trusted advisor to key decision makers in the customer’s organization. What you will do Support our account manager in generating long-term profitable business for Ericsson by working closely with teams in sales, solutioning and delivery of customer projects. Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customer and communicate value/differentiators to position Ericsson as a technology leader. Be accountable for driving new funnel opportunities, preparing compelling & competitive offers, and progressing large, strategic key deals forward to closure. Build positive relationships with CU account management teams, key customer decision makers and influencers, Ericsson business areas, market area and other key stakeholders. Targeted and Measured on Net Sales, Gross Margin, and Working Capital Days, as well as delivery quality and customer satisfaction Mentor to DS staff& account teams, drive Resource Management, Resource Planning & Competence Development activities. You will bring Strong background in solutions/consultative sales approach at the executive level with ability to translate business needs to product solution. Proven leadership skills (as line manager, project manager, lead architect, or other positions with leadership) Expertise in overall Digital Services portfolio. Solid understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, Packet Core, IMS, Digital BSS products. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Why join Ericsson?
