Learn more at .Job DescriptionAssume any responsibilities and tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor and perform them in a satisfactory manner.Maintain their work area in a safe, orderly and clean condition.Follow the internal work regulations and safety requirements established by the company.Actively participate in the improvement of the quality/safety and environmental management system, based on procedures and instructions, as well as share, understand and comply with the quality/safety and environmental policy.Ensure the update and maintenance of the logistics database.Generating procedures (SOP) and ensures they are carried out on a daily basis.Enforcing the generation, completion and publication of area metrics.Ensures that all the shipments programmed and prepared are sent on time.Performs continuous costs benchmarking for the logistics suppliers.Daily planning to ensure logistics efficiency. Quote and program the pickup and delivery of shipments.Control and report of logistics budget ensuring it follows the company's objective. Ensures that the logistics suppliers invoices are received and paid on time.Performs the invoicing of the finished goods.Keep paperwork up to date.Participate in support team meetings when your presence is required.Managing and controlling the logistics activities.Operates in an ethical manner.QualificationsTechnical or bachelor degree related to the position3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain areasExperience in Import & Export/ Customs/MITI / MIDA / ATS / Trade Incentives Schemes is requiredExperience in Domestic & International Freight in/out is requiredEnglish 70%.ERP management (Oracle preferred).Knowledge in CTPAT, OEA, Carta PorteAnalytical thinking.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience of utilizing a computer based inventory systemTeam player
