Responsibilities Receive, analyze and plan customer requirements on MRP system. Communicate production schedule to operations team members. Daily follow up to production plan attainment. Follow up to daily shipments to Customer. Participate on daily internal meetings. Keep optimal inventory levels according to ZF polices. Customer demand analysis to assure sales forecast accuracy. Customer portals management. Measure customer scorecard, leading action plans to improve customer satisfaction when needed. Follow up to customer complaints & charges due to a logistics failure. Lead action plans to implement corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of two years of work experience in a similar role. MRP system Knowledge ( QAD, SAP, etc) Handle customer portals (Stellantis, GM, VW, Daimler, Nissan) Ability to speak, read, listen and write in English. Experience in production line management.
