Reporting to the Business Unit Director,In charge of managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence. What a typical day looks like: The Senior Program Management will be responsible forIngathering the business needs of customers for multiple sites Accountable for assessment of existing and potential markets and developing and maintaining strategic alliances with key customers. In charge of managing day-to-day operations and core functions of operations in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence Will regularly interact with executives and major clients. Interactions normally will involve influencing and/or persuading customers and negotiations. Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics Functional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to Engineering, Procurement, Materials Management, Quality, Warehousing and logistics, Business Excellence, cross functional Human Resource and Financial responsibility. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Strong experience in similar position in the electronics manufacturing industry in telecommunications projects is also a plus. BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience Performance development, teaching/ leading, mentoring and/or organization development. Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable Fluent English Working with sites on capacity analysis Prepare a growth plan that will bridge the gaps in the sites. Management and monitoring of investments (capex) that support the growth plan Weekly monitoring of the progress of growth plans Interfaces with the GAM and site team: Creating uniformity in working with the sites: Quotes, Reports, Weekly follow-up Reviewing financial performance Build a strategy that fits for each site and site capability - road maps RAMPS management and monitoring Business development – working with segment team on contractual alignment Uniform reporting interfaces :Quality/OTD/Weekly reports Strongly customer oriented What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Competitive Salary.
